Contemplative Leadership Seminar Series is a nine-month leadership formation program for leaders of business, nonprofit, public, religious and community sectors.  There is growing evidence that awakening and integrating human spiritual capacities is not only pertinent to the challenges and opportunities faced by leaders, organizations and communities today, but a way to access the deeper levels of personal and organizational transformation that are needed.  Participants will:

  • Engage in action-learning on relevant leadership topics through group process.
  • Awaken, practice, and integrate contemplative awareness and leadership practices.
  • Deepen awareness and practice of emotional and spiritual intelligence in the context of leadership behavior.
  • Integrate learning with who you are and how you serve.
  • Apply each month’s learning in practical ways.

Contemplative Leadership develops leaders with a level of inner and outer growth, awareness, and competency capable of meeting the complexity of today’s world.

Participants will engage in dynamic day-long sessions on relevant leadership topics each month.  Seminars will include group engagement, and practices for integration, renewal, and deep change.

-       A Leadership assessment with one coaching session will be completed prior to the first seminar.
